Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
the payment is made by the customer in the following order:
- If the party is to small or medium-sized businesses: payment is made by the customer with a delay of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of actual receipt by the buyer of the product.

Delivery terms:
