Payment terms:Upon receipt of the products not less than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, invoices, copies of railway receipts, bills of lading.
Delivery terms:Requirements for the place of delivery of goods:
Delivery is carried out at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's facility at: "SMU-2 base" at the address: Volgograd region, Kotovsky district, Kotovo, Coordinates: 50°19'23"N, 44°40'5"E;
Requirements for the delivery time of goods:
The delivery period of the Products is Delivery in full no later than 04.07.2022.

Comments:
Copies of all available product certificates must be attached to the commercial offer.
Preference is given to the supplier who has provided a commercial offer for the full scope of delivery.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Application Form and the documents according to the application form simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.

The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
