Payment terms:Payment for the delivered Products shall be made by the Buyer upon delivery within 30 calendar days (15 working days in case of concluding an agreement with the SME entity) from the date the Consignee (Buyer's branch) signs a positive act of incoming control after receipt of the Products of adequate quality and in the proper completeness and presentation of documents
