Comments:
1. Forms of documents you need to prepare and submit Proposals consisting of:
- Quotation with prices taking into account the contractual terms of delivery delivery terms, payment terms, expiration price;

- The results of the review of the contract by the customer.
2. Evaluation criteria proposals will be:

- harmonization of the supply contract to the customer's form.
3. Allowed partial rate lot.
4. Is permitted providing analogues of products if there is technical justification.
5. This notice does not constitute notification on competition and does not have the appropriate legal consequences. The customer has the right to reject all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the procedure for requesting proposals at any time without incurring any liability to participants.
6. the customer reserves the right to update the quantities of the delivery until the moment of conclusion of the contract and the period of its validity, as well as the additional purchases from declared volume.
