Payment terms:Оплата Товара производится Покупателем в рублях, путем безналичного перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с даты получения Товара Покупателем.
Delivery terms:Поставщик гарантирует поставку всего Товара надлежащего качества. Качество Товара должно соответствовать действующим стандартам РФ, и подтверждаться сертификатом соответствия, а также гигиеническим сертификатом (в случае отсутствия ссылки на него в сертификате соответствия).
Гарантийный срок использования Товара, установленный сторонами, составляет 12 месяцев с момента поставки. В случае если гарантийный срок, указанный изготовителем в паспорте на Товар превышает 12 месяцев с момента поставки, применению подлежит гарантийный срок установленный изготовителем.
