Required Vendor Requirements:
1. Absence of litigation in the Participant of the procurement procedure for the amount of claims to the latter, exceeding 25% of the company's own capital;
2. The Period of registration of a participant of the procurement procedure before submission of the application for participation in the procurement procedure shall be not less than one year.
3. Analogues of the requested goods are not considered.

The Procurement procedure is the internal procedure of selection by the Supplier Company and should not be considered as a bidding in the sense of articles 447 – 449 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public competition which is regulated by chapter 57 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation.
"Sanatorium" Zapolier "reserves the right at any time to refuse from the continuation of this Procurement procedure, to change the terms of its conduct, as well as to refuse to conclude a contract with the Supplier, the offer of which is recognized as the best On the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any expenses related to participation in the procurement procedure shall be borne by the participant independently, the mentioned expenses under no circumstances shall be reimbursed by OOO "Sanatorium" Zapolye ".

The Transfer of information to other subdivisions of OOO "Sanatorium" Zapolopolye "before the announcement of the results of the Procurement procedure is not allowed, if such facts are found," Sanatorium "Zapolye" is left with the right to exclude potential Participant from further participation in the Procurement procedure.
