Payment terms:The price of the proposed product must be specified without VAT, taking into account the non-returnable packaging, transportation costs, insurance costs, customs duties, fees and other mandatory payments.
Delivery terms:The contest is held for the purpose of concluding a framework agreement, which is valid for 2019 year and fixing the price till the end of the years, except for the cases specified in the draft agreement. The volume of delivery for the 2019 year is indicative. Delivery in batches during 2019, if necessary, not more than 30 days after receiving the application from the customer

all participants are required to provide a package of documents according to the list (proposals of the participants who did not submit the documentation will not be considered):
- Copy of the Charter (constituent documents)
- Certificate of entry into the unified State Register of legal entities (Egrul) and an extract from the Egrul
- Certificate of State Registration of changes made to the constituent documents of a legal entity
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority
- Extract from the Egrep (Goskomstat codes)
- Decision of the founder/shareholder, minutes of the general meeting of Shareholders/participants, order of appointment
- Extract from the unified State Register of the Yul, issued not later than 30 days before the date of conclusion of the contract (copy);
- Document certifying the powers of the person signing the agreement (power of Attorney, Protocol (decision) of the founders on appointment of the head of the Yulia, etc.) (copy);
- The card of the counterparty with the indication of all necessary details of the UL: Address of location, postal address, bank details, contact telephones (copy).
- Certificates, documents confirming the right to be an official representative (dealer))
- Reference list
- Feedback from customers who have experience with the applicant
- Accounting reports (Form № 1 and Form № 2) for the last reporting year with a note of acceptance by the tax authority (copy);
- Income tax returns for the last reporting period and for the year preceding the current one with a note of acceptance by the tax authority (copy);
- VAT declaration for the two previous reporting quarters with a note of acceptance by the tax authority (copy);
- Information on average number of employees for the last reporting year (form on CPV 1110018) (copy);
- Declaration on property tax for the last reporting year with the mark of the tax authority on acceptance (copy);
- Certificate of Ownership, lease agreement, letter from the landlord, etc., confirming the ownership or other right to use the premises, the address of which is specified in the constituent documents as the location of the potential counterparty
- Certificate from the Federal Tax Service, confirming the absence of an unpaid duty to pay taxes, fees, insurance premiums, fines and other mandatory payments payable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees
