Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment for the goods is made after receipt of the goods and the original documents (invoices, TORG-12 consignment notes, transport bills) within 60-90 days, by wire transfer of funds to the "Supplier" account
Delivery terms:delivery of goods in separate batches at the request of the buyer until 30.08.2020, the deadline for the execution of the application is 10-20 days, the goods are delivered by road and at the expense of the Supplier to the warehouse located at the address: Russian Federation, Tatarstan, Bavly, prices must be valid until 30.09.2020., the goods must be new 2020 release.
