Cashless Settlement. Payment of goods is carried out within the cost (price) of the delivered goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the documentary confirmation of delivery by the supplier and acceptance by the buyer of the delivered goods on the basis of exposed originals invoices, invoice, and Invoice. There is no advance payment.
Payment by Non-cash settlement is considered to be made from the moment of debiting funds from the Customer's current Account.
Counter proposals of the participant of purchase on the draft contract are not Allowed.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
