Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

is made by the buyer, payment for goods within 30 (thirty) working days from receipt of the goods and the buyer signing the uniform call tag (form Torg-12 approved by the Goskomstat of Russia from 25.12.98 N 132) , subject to the receipt of the invoice from the supplier, an invoice based on the signed contract and invoice, drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation by means of money transfer to the bank account of the provider.

1. Reception of application forms for participation in the tender is held on the electronic platform of Business-Center before 24.01.2018 16-00. The application must attach the completed scan information about the applicant.
2. Access to technical and commercial part of the solicitation documents, as well as to the draft Treaty will be carried out after checking up to 31.01.2018 15-00
3. The deadline for submitting tender proposals and the technical part of the tender autopsy applicants-16.02.2018 14-15
