Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered Goods shall be made with a grace period: on Lot No. 1 and No. 2 - within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery;
by lot number 3 - within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the Seller provides original documents confirming the quality of the goods, the invoice and the invoice, corresponding to the results of the acceptance, issued in accordance with the requirements of the law.
The price of the contract includes the cost of the Goods, as well as all expenses of the supplier for transportation, insurance, payment of customs duties and taxes, costs related to delivery, including remuneration for the organization of transportation (by any transport), railway tariff, including payments due to the carrier if the delivery is by rail), not multi-turn packaging, packaging (marking) of products, loading work, the cost of issuing shipping documents, permits, feeding / cleaning wagons at the station detecting, transport costs, security services and other mandatory payments.
