Comments: Other information: 1. Suggested proposal validity period shall be not less than 30 calendar days after the day following applications submission deadline; 2. Be sure to provide the certificates confirming the quality and origin of the supplied products; 3. Be sure to upload a price quotation signed by an authorized person and sealed with the company stamp; 4. The contract is to be concluded as worded by the Buyer (see the attachment), no protocols of disagreements are acceptable; 5. In terms of RFQ/RFP, invitation to participate, together with the request-related documents, constitute an invitation to make offers to the Organizer of the purchase procedure; application to participate in the request procedure is an offer of a potential RFQ/RFP Participant. At the same time the Organizer is not obliged to conclude the contract based on the results of the procedure.
