Payment terms:
payment product is carried out in cashless by money transfer to the bank account of the provider. The payment currency is the RUSSIAN ruble. Payment terms-buyer makes payments in payment products no later than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products on the basis of the results of acceptance, provided that the supplier of the originals of the documents certifying the quality of products (batch) invoice and invoicing, the relevant results of the receipt issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. The price must include shipping costs.
Delivery terms:
delivery time: Until 31 July 2017. the cost of products included delivery to the warehouse of the buyer.
Comments: 1. Recommended validity of the offer of not less than 30 calendar days from the day following the day of the end of the call for proposals; 2. Availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the product; 3. The mandatory requirement is loading a quotation for the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Organization; 4. The Treaty strictly as amended by buyer (attached), protocols, differences are not accepted; 5. Participation in the procurement procedure may be contacted for clarification on the specified in the notice and procurement documentation to individuals. Including advice on registering on site, various ways and filing proposals; 6. Please note that this request is not a variant of bid invitation/auction/public offer and does not fall under articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting price request/offer invitation to participate, together with documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the procurement procedure; application for participation in the request constitute a potential participant price request/offer. In this case the organizer has no responsibility of a Treaty on its results;
