Payment terms:Безналичный расчет. В течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней с даты подписания договора обеими сторонами Покупатель на основании счета Поставщика выплачивает Поставщику аванс в размере 30% от стоимости договора.
Окончательный расчет по настоящему договору в размере 70% от стоимости договора, производится Покупателем в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с даты передачи Товара Покупателю (подписания сторонами товарно-транспортной накладной) на основании счета, счета-фактуры.
Delivery terms:Доставка поставщиком; ввод в эксплуатацию, гарантийное обслуживание поставщиком, наличие склада запчастей на территории РФ, обучение персонала.
Таможенное оформление, страхование груза в пути осуществляется поставщиком и за счет поставщика.
