Payment terms:
Non-cash payment in the order of 100% upon delivery with a deferred payment of at least 20 banking days, a longer deadline for payment is welcome, payment days are Tuesday / Thursday.

Comments: 1. This competitive procedure for the selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, sharing the supply of goods at its discretion and without explanation of reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.

5. The participant of this procedure sends a commercial proposal in the standard form of the organizer of the procedure.
6. The Organizer / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and to recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Bidder, does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
