Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Full settlement within 45 calendar days after the fulfillment of obligations for the supply of goods and the receipt by the buyer of the primary (shipping) documents.
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer in rubles by transferring funds to the Seller's account by wire transfer. If the price of the goods is established in foreign currency: at the rate of the corresponding currency set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of payment.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out within 30 calendar days, in the period from 01.01.2021 to 31.12.2021, at the preliminary request of the Buyer, in separate batches quarterly. Delivery is carried out by the forces and means of the supplier.
Transport costs must be included in the cost of products on the basis of DDP delivery basis - Kogalym (transport costs are not separately reimbursed).
Comments: Prices are provided without VAT, including transportation costs.
1. The products must be new (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
2. Involved in participation:
- Manufacturers of the requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (it is obligatory to provide confirming certificates, certificates, official letters from the manufacturer on the authorization to sell the requested products);
3. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance with all stated requirements;
- Offer price;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Delivery time of products;
- Fixing the price for the entire period of delivery from the moment of participation in the procedure until the moment of transfer of the goods at the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be uploaded on the ETP).
4. Delivery of products in accordance with the stated requirements.
Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
1. A scanned copy of a commercial proposal indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery, certified by the signature and seal of the company;
2. List of constituent documents required to conclude an agreement (the list is attached in the attached file);
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed by the company.
The request for prices is carried out in relation to the current demand.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
