Comments: I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the priority conditions for working with a counterparty are:
1. Payment terms: postponement of payment from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse for up to 90 days;
2. Terms of delivery: to the Buyer's warehouse in Mezhdurechensk, Novokuznetsk. Shipping costs are included in the price of the goods.

When submitting a Technical and Commercial Proposal, it is necessary to attach a completed excel file-a version of the proposal and a signed scan, indicating delivery dates, payment terms, warranty obligations, manufacturers of the proposed equipment and materials. Also, please attach a certificate of dealership with the manufacturer, if any.
