Payment terms:Postponement of payment for 60 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of original accounting documents (s-f, torg12, TTN) originals of the quality certificate, copies of certificates of conformity. Other payment terms are also being considered.
Delivery terms:Two-stage delivery. Delivery to the buyer's warehouse must be included in the cost of the purchased products. Within the city of Perm, pickup by the buyer is possible. Delivery time: within 5-7 working days from the date of signing the specification for lot No. 1 and 10-12 days for lot No. 2.

Delivery of goods during working hours.
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the functionality of the E-Marketplace (requests for clarification).
2. Bidders of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Application Form and documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form before the bids opening, simultaneously with the submission of the offer, and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the terms and conditions of delivery) signed by an authorized person and stamped by the Bidder organization of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the Bidder provides supporting documents at the same time as the commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. The winner in this procedure is determined by criteria.

Note: This request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
