Payment terms:Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer to the Supplier upon delivery of all the Products stipulated by the Agreement, on the basis of the invoice received by the Buyer, within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date the Consignee signs the act of incoming control after receipt of the Products of adequate quality and in the proper completeness.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
