Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of Products/Consignment is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of not less than 30 and no more than 60 calendar days.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transfer of funds to the account of the Supplier, as well as may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the RUSSIAN Federation.
In case the contract is concluded with the subject of small or medium business (SMSP), the term of payment is established in accordance with the current legislation of the RUSSIAN Federation.
