Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the goods is carried out by bank transfer on the basis of invoices issued by the Supplier on the basis of 100% of the price of the delivered goods and paid within 15 (fifteen) business days after the parties have signed the consignment note in the form of TORG-12, the act of acceptance, submission of an invoice (not provided in case the Supplier is not a VAT payer or is exempted from the duties of a taxpayer). In case the Supplier uses the universal transfer document (hereinafter - UPD), the UPD is provided in 3 (Three) copies, one for the Supplier, two for the Buyer.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
