1. An obligatory condition of the tender is fixing the price for the period from August 1 to October 31, 2020.
2. A prerequisite for the tender is the provision of a set of constituent documents and the passage of accreditation of the Federal Grid Company.
3. When specifying the size of the discount on the terms of advance payment-Indicate the value in numerical terms.
4. The proposed products must comply with all technical requirements declared in need and have a declaration of conformity of products.
5. The applicant has the right to provide TCH only for those positions for which he wishes to apply (it is not necessary to apply for all positions, but it is desirable).
6. The bidder must necessarily apply for those positions for which he plans to participate in the tender.
7. We draw your attention to the fact that the procedures carried out by the Procurement Department of GK FSK LLC on the B2B site are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the rules of the system, the winner of the request for proposals is the participant who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation this request for proposals.
