Payment terms:The payment of the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the consignment note (in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12, approved by the resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 12/25/98 N 132), subject to receipt from the Supplier of an invoice issued on the basis of the signed contract, by transferring funds to Supplier's current account.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of bid submission. Bids for the supplied materials may differ from the specified volume (Appendix No. 1) depending on the current needs of the Buyer, but not exceed the total volume specified in the terms of reference.
A PREREQUISITE! Delivery of materials should be carried out only upon bid from the buyer, in accordance with the number of items specified in the bid.

Basis of delivery: DDP Arkhangelsk region, Mezen district, diamond deposit named after V. Grib, warehouse of the Quarry division.

TO Bidders OF THE PROCEDURE FOR INFORMATION!
1. Acceptance of bids for participation in the procurement procedure takes place on the B2B-Center Platform electronic platform until 03/05/2023 17-00. A scan of the completed information about the applicant and experience in performing similar deliveries must be attached to the bid.
2. The rebidding date will be indicated additionally.
3. The cost of offers is indicated in rubles for the full volume of delivery excluding VAT.
