Payment terms:
Deferred payment – 30 calendar days;
Delivery terms:
1. Maintaining a constant monthly stock in the supplier's warehouse;
2. The delivery must include loading, unloading, and transportation to all Globus hypermarkets assigned to the supplier 1 time per week.
3. Prices must be fixed for a period of 1 year, without fixing the volume in the contract.
4. Prices for imported goods must be specified in the currency, the ruble price for imported goods will be fixed at the exchange rate of the Central Bank on the date of the price list. The change in the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation can be checked on the last day of each calendar month. If the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation changes by more than 10%, both up and down from the exchange rate of the Central Bank fixed in the price list. The price list may be changed in terms of the fixed rate on the date of signing the amended price list within 14 days after such a significant change in the rate at the written request of one of the parties.
5. Deferred payment – 30 calendar days;
6. The customer reserves the right to divide the volumes between the bidders.
7. The participant is not allowed to submit an offer for all lots.
8. The contract will be concluded in rubles.
9. Uniform product prices for all Globus hypermarkets.
