| Payment terms: | Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer to the Supplier upon delivery and acceptance by the Buyer of all the products provided for in the Specification (Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement), based on the invoice received by the Buyer, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the Consignee signs the receipt of the inspection certificate after receipt Products of proper quality and in proper completeness and receipt by the Buyer (Consignee) of documents. |
