The commercial offer must be made in the name of the head of the Call for Bidding Department Olga Nikolaevna Polyakova and must contain the following information:
1) The price per ton of pure element excluding VAT, including delivery to Zlatoust;
2) Payment terms;
3) Conditions and possibility of delivery from availability.

- Pay attention when filling - the price per ton of pure element.
- It is possible to submit an offer for part of the volume.
- The offer validity period should not be less than 10 calendar days from the deadline for submitting Bidders' bids.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Комментарии:Настоящий запрос предложений не является извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса) или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447 – 449 ч. 1 ГК РФ, ст. 1057 – 1061 ч. 2 ГК РФ.
