Mandatory conditions:
1.The possibility of fixing the price until 31.12.2022 in case it is impossible to specify another period.
2.Provide an offer on the terms of delivery of FCA and CPT.
3. Payment upon delivery must be at least 30 k/days
4. Availability of a product certificate and passport
5. Consent to the EPD (Single Payment Day), which provides for an increase in the number of days by at least 7 days.
6. Signing of the contract in the editorial office of JSC Ural Steel.
7. A new criterion has been introduced - "Supplier's OTIF" (on time – in full). When choosing a supply source, in addition to the price level and other conditions, the timeliness of previous deliveries will be taken into account.
This indicator is calculated for all counterparties as the ratio of the number of timely delivered goods to the total number of goods, as well as in full.
When summarizing the procedure for this indicator, additional work will be carried out if necessary.
