Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process (tender, auction) or public tender in accordance with Articles 447-449 of Part one and Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose obligations on the Organizer and the Customer established by the said articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, including the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
1. Требования к заявке участника в электронной форме::В состав заявки входят все документы, требующиеся в рамках проведения данной закупки, в т. ч.:
1. КП на бланке участника, с подписью и печатью, контактами исполнителя, сроками поставки, условиями оплаты;
2. Сертификаты соответствия, паспорта качества;
3. Дилерские сертификаты или иные документы, показывающие отношение поставщика к товару.
Содержание заявки должно полностью соответствовать предмету закупки.
Срок действия коммерческого предложения - 30 календарных дней.
2. Требования к формату файлов для заявки в электронной форме::В состав заявки в электронной форме должны быть включены сканы всех
предоставляемых документов. Каждый документ должен быть представлен
отдельным файлом, по принципу: один файл – один документ. Документы
должны быть в формате (*.pdf) в качестве, пригодном для чтения. Файлы не должны иметь защиты от их открытия, копирования их содержимого или их печати.
3. Учредительные и иные регистрационные документы, обязательные для участия в закупке::Для юридических лиц:
- Выписка из ЕГРЮЛ, заверенная участником закупки;
- Свидетельство о внесении записи в ЕГРЮЛ, заверенное участником закупки;
- Свидетельство о постановке ЮЛ на налоговый учёт, заверенное участником закупки;
- Копии документов, подтверждающих полномочия лица, подавшего заявку на участие в тендере, заверенные участником закупки.
4. Финансовые и иные документы, обязательные для участия в закупке::Для юридических лиц:
1. Финансовая отчетность за последний год:
- Бухгалтерский баланс (с отметкой налоговых органов о принятии);
- Отчет о финансовых результатах (с отметкой налоговых органов о
принятии);
2. Справка инспекции Министерства РФ по налогам и сборам об отсутствии
задолженности по налогам на последнюю отчетную дату.
