Payment terms:

Обоснование: по лоту №1 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся и на основании п.8.11.3 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «Омский завод транспортного машиностроения» заключить договор с ООО "Кичигинские пески" с суммой договора 8 210 400,00 руб. с учетом НДС, как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное ценовое предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации;
по лоту №2 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся ввиду отсутствия поданных заявок, соответствующих требованиям закупочной документации.
