The number of goods and materials specified in the tender is forecasted. If the bidder is recognized as the winner of the market study, a framework supply agreement will be concluded with him, an annex to the supply agreement fixing prices for the need for goods and materials until 12/31/2023. The specified need for goods and materials will be formed by the customer on the basis of letters of assignment and registration of the relevant specifications to the delivery contract.
1. The required conditions for the quality of the goods – in accordance with the declared drawings;
2. Consideration of analogues - analogues with characteristics no worse than those declared are considered. In the case of an analogue proposal, the number of the product drawing is indicated and a drawing is attached to the competition for the approval procedure;
3. Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer;
4.Formation of the price of the goods - The cost of packaging and transport costs are included in the price of the goods;
5. Acceptance of products to the warehouse – Acceptance and payment of products is carried out after the entrance control at the buyer's warehouse.

- warranty obligations provided;
- timely delivery of goods and materials to the address of METALLOINVEST Group enterprises in previous periods (for suppliers who had contractual relations earlier).
The competition procedure may contain several stages at the discretion of the organizer.
