Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Please bid 2 prices:1. Price per 1m3 when the machine is fully loaded 20tn. (shipping included) 2. The price for 1m3. in case of incomplete payload of the machine (price is not included) shipping shall be stated separately for vehicles with a capacity of 5, 10 and 20 ton. Delivery to the facilities takes place between 8 a.m. and 16-30 in an open car. Each brigade must have a separate set of documents for each corps.
Georeferencing:Moscow and the Moscow region.
Comments:
1. For PIC industry, note the delivery cost in 10 tn machine;
2. The conclusion of an Electronic Document Management Agreement (EDO) with the Customer is a prerequisite for entering into an agreement with the Tender Winner;
