Обоснование: по лоту №1 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся и на основании п.8.11.2 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «Завод №9» (с изменениями)» заключить договор с ООО «РЕМИ» с суммой договора 346 600,00 руб. с учетом НДС, как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное ценовое предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации.
