Participant's questionnaire (signature and seal on the forms are required)
General information (signature and seal on the forms is mandatory)
To study the draft contract (in case of disagreement, attach the protocol or your own form of the delivery contract) and the Terms of Reference.
Attach a Certificate of type approval of measuring instruments to the product.
When submitting a price offer for an ETP, upload all the completed and above-listed forms to the files tab, as well as upload the Constituent Documents of your organization (Charter, INN, OGRN)
