Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (Sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the consignment note (in the form of TORG-12, approved by the resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 25.12.98 N 132), subject to receipt from the Supplier of the invoice issued on the basis of the signed contract, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.

It is necessary to prepare a technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter referred to as the TCP). The TAP must be initialed on every page. The validity period of the TAP must be at least 60 (sixty) calendar days.
At this stage, a request for proposals is being made in order to familiarize the Participants with the TCH, review and identify the most favorable conditions.
Next, the main price stage (rebidding) will be held, to which Participants who have submitted the most favorable offers will be admitted. Based on the result of the rebidding, a decision is made on the expediency of concluding a supply contract.

Note: this price request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
