Payment terms:
Full calculation within 45 calendar days after the execution of the obligations under the supply of the goods and the buyer receiving the primary (shipping) documents.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out for 30 days, the period of 15.12.2019 on 02.29.2020, at the Buyer provisional application, two parties (50/50) Supply of overhead and means is provided by the supplier.
Transportation costs should be included in the cost of production on the basis of DDP terms of delivery - Kogalym (travel expenses not reimbursed separately).
Comments: Prices are provided without VAT, taking into account transport costs.
1. Products must be new (official confirmation has to be dynamically loaded on ETP).
2. To participate are involved:
- Manufacturers of products requested;
- Official representatives, dealers (mandatory provision of supporting certificates, official letters manufacturer to confer authority on the implementation of the requested goods);
3. The criteria for the evaluation of proposals will be:
- Performing all the stated requirements;
- The offer price;
- participant (manufacturer or dealer);
- Terms of delivery of products;
- Fixing prices for the entire delivery period from the date of participation in the procedure before handing over the goods to the customer's warehouse (official confirmation has to be dynamically loaded on ETP).
4. Delivery of products in accordance with the stated requirements.
Required loadable electronic documents:
1. A scanned copy of the offer with prices, terms and conditions of delivery, certified by the signature and seal of the enterprise;
2. The list of constituent documents necessary for the conclusion of the agreement:
1. Constitution (amended and if any);
2. Certificate of state registration before 01.07.2002 (if available);
3. Certificate of tax registration;
4. Certificate of entry into the Unified;
5. A copy of the license (certificate, permit) the licensed activity;
6. Document confirming the authority of the person signing the contract;
7. Extract from the register (not later than one month old);
8. The card with the details and telephone numbers of the counterparty;
9. Certificate of the tax authority on the status of settlements on taxes, fees and contributions.
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and seal of the enterprise.

This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
