Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for goods (equipment) within the framework of the agreement will be carried out on the fact of delivery of 100% of the goods (equipment) within 45 days after providing the buyer with the documents provided by subparagraph a), b), c), D) of paragraph 7.5 of the Agreement. In case of conclusion of the contract with suppliers corresponding to the criteria of allocation to SME entities, payment will be made upon delivery of 100% of goods (equipment) within 30 days after providing the buyer with the documents provided Subparagraph a), b), h), D) e) of paragraph 7.5 of the Agreement.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
