Payment terms:Payment for the delivered Goods is carried out within 60 - 90 calendar days from the Date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of the original invoice and the Supplier's invoice (at the participant's choice).

Comments:

2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form before the envelopes are opened, simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The pricing mechanism should be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
4. All offers are formed according to the LOT Application.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
