Not earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days and not later than 75 (seventy five) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note (TORG-12) in 2 copies (one copy for the Buyer and one copy for the Supplier), if provided that the Supplier properly fulfills its contractual obligations, including the delivery time, quantity, completeness and quality of the Goods, as well as provided that the original primary documents are provided: invoice, invoice; Consignment note (TTN), at least two copies; if the Goods are subject to certification in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation: documents on certification of the Goods; technical documentation; quality plan for Goods 1, 2, 3 safety class; other documents stipulated by the Terms of Reference.
If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On the specifics of participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", then p.3.7. to state in edition:
