Payment terms:Payment for products (goods) shall be made within 60 days of receipt of the product (item) in the Buyer's warehouse, and shipment documents are provided in accordance with NC RF.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: within 30 days of contractual relationship.
The product price includes shipping to the buyer's warehouse.

2. Recommended offer expiration period of at least 30 calendar days from the day following the date of the expiration of the Applications;
3. Required: Certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods;
4. Mandatory requirement — the loading of the price offer with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization;
5. At the same time as the proposal is submitted, the documents in the attached "List of Documents" must be provided;
6. Participation in the procurement procedure may be contacted for clarification on the notification and procurement records. Including advice on site registration, various ways and procedures for submitting proposals;
7. Please note that this request is not a type of content/auction/public offer and is not subject to the regulation of articles 447 to 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federations. When asking for price/offers, the invitation to participate along with the documentation upon request is an invitation to vendors to make offers to the Procurement Procedure Organizer; the application to participate in the request is the offer of a potential bidder to request price/offers. However, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude a contract based on its results
