Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt from the Supplier of a duly executed invoice for payment in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, provision of services) and signing by the Parties of the Acceptance and Transfer Act (Act of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:
Delivery no more than 24 hours from the date of signing the Application / Order, Strictly on pallets (delivery and pallets are included in the box price) the planned need for 12 months is indicated. The term of the contract is 12 months with the possibility of prolongation.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
