Окончательная Оплата в размере 80% производится в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней от даты поставки Товара Заказчику, предоставлении Поставщиком счета и на основании подписанной Сторонами Товарной накладной ТОРГ-12.
Оплата товара производится в безналичной форме в рублях Российской Федерации, путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика.
