Comments:
The price for the supply of fuel received during the procurement procedure must be fixed before the end of the month following the month of the procurement procedure.
In the future, the price of fuel is subject to monthly revision (both up and down) and approval no later than the 5th (fifth) day of the current month, for the next month.
Each such price change is carried out on the basis of the conclusion by the parties of an Additional Agreement on price change.
The Buyer has the right to conclude a Contract with Suppliers. the second and third place winners according to the results of the procurement procedure, while the distribution of the volumes of purchased fuels and lubricants between the selected Suppliers is carried out on the basis of a Request for proposals from Suppliers approved following the results of the procurement procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
