Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The Buyer shall pay for the Goods released during the reporting period within 45 calendar days, but no earlier than 25 (twenty-fifth) banking days from the date of signing and receipt by the Buyer of consignment notes, the Buyer receiving an invoice and invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation for actually delivered goods for the past month.
If the procurement participant is a small and medium-sized business, then payment for goods released during the reporting period is carried out within 30 calendar days from the date of signing and receipt by the Buyer of consignment notes, the Buyer receiving an invoice and invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Russian Tax Code Federation for actually delivered goods over the past month.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
