| Payment terms: | The Buyer makes a payment order (prepayment) in the amount of 30% of the maximum value of the Agreement specified in clause 3.1. of this Agreement, within 10 (ten) days from the date of invoicing.
In the future, payment for oil products is made based on the data on the actual debt of the Buyer for the oil products purchased in the reporting period within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt of the invoice from the Company. The invoice is issued by the Company after 5 (five) days of the month following the reporting one. Reporting period - calendar month; |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document. |
| Documentation provision procedure: | Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published. |
