2. Delivery Requirements:
- The shelf life of oil and water-mixing coolant shall be not less than 10 months on the date of delivery to the consignee's warehouse;
- Providing a quality passport of the manufacturer with the signature and seal of the supplier for each shipment;
- Delivery is carried out according to the signed specifications as the production necessity, approximately in the first month of each quarter;
- Marking and Packaging: Packaging is non-refundable, new. Each unit of the goods shall be labelled by the manufacturer;

3. Payment Terms: Payment on the fact of delivery not less than 60 calendar days;

5. Delivery time does not exceed 30 calendar days from the date of application of the buyer;

7. In case of detection of defective products, the whole consignment is returned;
8. Conclusion of the contract of delivery according to the standard form of PJSC "power machines";
9. Fixation of the proposed prices up to 31.12.2019 G. (The cost for the goods within a year to 31.12.2019 G. Should not change more than 10% of the price indicated in your commercial offer, provided you provide a reasoned justification).
