Payment terms:
payment for delivered goods produced with delayed 30 days after receipt of the customer's warehouse, provided that the seller of the originals of the documents confirming the quality of the goods, merchandise invoice and invoice matching the results of the acceptance certificate, issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
The contract price includes the cost of the goods, as well as all costs for transportation provider, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes, costs, delivery, including remuneration for organizing the transport of (any), railway tariff, including due carrier charges (if delivery is by rail), not multi-turn packaging (marking) of production, handling, making costs of transportation documents, permits, feeding/cleaning cars at the departure station, motor transport costs, security services and other obligatory payments.
