Criteria for choosing winners:
1. Compliance of the proposed fuel and lubricants with the standards for the types of equipment set forth in the Technical Assignment.
2. The price for the offered line of oils;
3. The ability to supply small volumes weekly (to ensure this condition, it is necessary to have warehouses in the immediate vicinity of the enterprise);
4. Oil change interval (to be specified in the technical offer, if any)
5. The possibility of conducting laboratory tests of oils in order to study the performance properties between their replacement intervals (not a determining factor for choosing a winner, additional option, described in the TKP)
6. The possibility of providing mobile oil dispensing systems or other offers for organizing conditions for storing oils in the AK No. 2 warehouse (not a determining factor for choosing a winner, additional option, describe in the TKP).
