The Buyer shall pay for the Goods on the 60th (sixtieth) calendar day after the transfer of ownership of the Goods.
All payments for the delivered Goods are made on the basis of the original invoice, the original bill of goods (TRADE-12) with the mandatory indication of the contract number, copies of the goods and transport documents, issued in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation. The payer under the contract is the Buyer.
The date of performance of the Buyer's obligations to the Supplier to pay for the goods is the date of the debit of funds from the Buyer's current account with the authorized bank.
The applicant must attach a Guarantee Letter of Warranty on the signing of the contract in the Client's editorial office in case of victory on the B2B electronic marketplace by procedure.
Delivery terms:
The amount of Goods purchased is not final and may be adjusted by the Buyer, both during the negotiation of the draft contract and during the execution of the contract, but within the amount of the contract.
Delivery of the Goods after the conclusion of the Contract is carried out by the Supplier between January 1, 2022 and October 31, 2022 in the amounts specified in the Buyer's quarterly specifications. Claimants need clarification of the range of concentrations and certified GSO values before each delivery. The specifications are faxed to the Vendor 40 days prior to the scheduled delivery quarter.
The estimated delivery schedule for the Goods is shown in Appendix No. 2 of the General Information.
The obligation to deliver the Goods rests with the Supplier.
Goods are transported (delivered) by rail and road according to the Buyer's (Consignee) shipping details specified in Appendix No. 2 to the project Goods supply contract.
The Supplier's obligations to deliver (transfer) the Goods are deemed to have been fulfilled when the Goods are transferred to the Buyer (Consignee) at the destination
The moment of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) shall
When delivering the Goods by rail:
- according to the date of the delivery mark on the consignment note, if there is no delivery mark, according to the date the original consignment note was issued to the consignee.
When delivering the Goods by means of transport other than rail:
- according to the date of receipt (issuance) of the Goods in the goods and transport document issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation governing the carriage of the Goods appropriate mode of transport.
The Supplier carries (delivery) of the Goods to their destination. "Destination" Parties mean:
- Destination station — when delivered by rail;
- Destination Container Station — when shipping container
- Purchaser's (Consignee) Destination Depot — for delivery by road.
The following accompanying documents must be attached to the Goods delivered under the Contract: packing lists, technical passports, quality certificates or other documents, confirming the quality of the Goods, manufacturer's warranty and warranty period, and operating instructions.
Passports and operating instructions for imported Goods must be executed in Russian.

Submit the following documents (required):
• Documents confirming that the applicant has at least 3 years' experience in supplying similar Goods (reference sheet, information letter, etc.). );
• Quality Passports (Certificates) for the Product
• Factory details of the manufacturer of the proposed Goods for delivery (with mandatory name and location);
• Credentials from the manufacturer confirming the status of the applicant business entity (dealer, distributor, etc.) in case of delivery by a non-manufacturer.
• The offer must expire until December 31, 2021.
