Обоснование: Поскольку на участие в запросе ценовых предложений не допущена ни одна заявка, то на основании п.16.5.7 Положения о закупках товаров, работ, услуг ОАО «Сыктывкарский Водоканал» предлагается признать запрос ценовых предложений несостоявшимся. На основании п.5.2.4 (и) Положения о закупках товаров, работ ОАО «Сыктывкарский Водоканал» Комиссия по закупкам рекомендует осуществить закупку государственных знаков почтовой оплаты и почтовых конвертов путем размещения закупки у единственного поставщика.
