Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Customer pays the Supplier an advance payment for the Equipment / MTR in the amount of the bank guarantee provided by the Supplier, in the amount of not more than 50% of the Equipment / MTR Price, within 10 days from the date of signing the contract. In case of refusal to provide a bank guarantee by the Supplier, the Customer pays for the Equipment / MTP upon delivery, according to specification No. 1 (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement);
Advance payments paid by the Customer in accordance with clause 2.1. of this Agreement shall be counted in proportion to the cost of equipment delivery on the basis of signed consignment notes;
The Customer pays the Supplier intermediate payments for the equipment in accordance with specification No. 1 (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement), taking into account the advance payment paid for the Equipment / materials and equipment, according to clause 2.1 of the Agreement, upon presentation by the Supplier of the delivered equipment with a delay of 5 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the waybill (TORG-12 form), provided that the Supplier submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
the consignment note signed by the Parties (TORG-12 form);
the acceptance certificate of equipment transfer signed by the Parties;
design documentation agreed with the customer.
Delivery terms:The term of the contract is 30.07.2020.
